Senia Harrick has been a valuable member of Team Trident since 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as Sr. Operations Coordinator. Based in Houston, Senia is committed to maintaining client satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling offshore personnel needs. She plays a pivotal role in supporting our Trinidadian, Guyanese and Brazilian teams, with a particular focus on the burgeoning demands in the Guyanese region.

Senia's responsibilities include managing and creating rotations based on client needs and overseeing the offshore staffing process from start to finish. This includes anticipating requirements, fulfilling personnel needs, handling logistics, ensuring assignments' successful completion, and confirming safe returns home.

Senia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid traveler, scuba diver and reader, always eager to explore new foods and cultures.
