As co-founder and president, Rod Long has been with Team Trident since day one. He has led the company from an idea in 2006 to an agency that empowers people and improves client performance. Rod is a steward who, through faith, filters all decisions through the lens of honoring God in all that Team Trident does. Rod works in close collaboration with his team to maintain a positive work culture and provide the exceptional performance Team Trident is known to deliver.

Rod is a member of the International Marine Contractors Association, Marine Technology Society and a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Rod is also a member of C12 Business Forums where peer business owners learn to see their businesses as a ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
