Major energy companies continue to make significant investments in Emerging Markets like Guayana, where mammoth mineral-rich deposits are being discovered offshore. As should be expected, local skilled talent is hungry for opportunities in subsea construction and Team Trident, along with key Joint Venture partners, is combining efforts to share best-in-class expertise and have made true local content with local ownership a reality.
We have successfully identified, trained and deployed skilled Guyanese technicians offshore for subsea construction and provided training and support to the land-based team that cares for them. All of this while ensuring the team meets all IMCA competency standards and progresses to roles of increasing technical responsibility offshore.
In developed but expanding markets like Brazil, we are providing clients with the same level of care for fully competent, local content support through our Joint Venture partnership.
In the near future, we aim to achieve the same success in Emerging Markets like Suriname and Namibia, so our clients can depend on the high caliber of skilled trades and support they are accustomed to.
