Our Team

Brooke started with Team Trident in May 2013 as a paid intern in the accounting department while she was attending the University of Houston, where she was pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. She then attained her CPA License #112863, and over the past eleven years, Brooke has continued to take on positions of increasing responsibility. Today, she is a valued member of the executive team.

Some of her daily responsibilities include managing the company's financial resources, providing financial performance and detailed forecasts, managing all members of the accounting department, and ensuring the members of all departments coordinate with one another as efficiently as possible to facilitate great service to our clients and our offshore team. Additionally, Brooke is instrumental in coordinating invoicing and billing responsibilities with our clients and partners across the Western Hemisphere.

Outside her professional commitments, Brooke is married and a devoted mother to two wonderful children. She values family time, enjoys playing golf, and is active in her church community.

Brooke's dedication to her family, faith, and profession is evident in her leadership and commitment to excellence at Team Trident.

Jennifer Liaros is the accounting supervisor for Team Trident. She is responsible for accounts receivable/accounts payable and works closely with the operations teams to track all movements of personnel for payroll and billing. Liaros carries over 10 years of experience with Team Trident.

Jennifer is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in accounting. When she is not crunching numbers at Team Tridents, she enjoys dancing, including country line dancing, Latin and Zumba.

Lesley Melvin is Team Trident’s payroll coordinator. She is responsible for processing payroll for all offshore staff.

Lesley has been a member of Team Trident since 2020. She is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in human resource development. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, gardening, and cruising in her Jeep with her husband.

Jared Jackson is Team Trident’s billing coordinator. He is responsible for communicating with our clients regarding all billing matters. Jackson also coordinates sales and purchase orders as well as invoices. To keep our office on track, he manages bill payments and office supply inventory.

When Jackson is not managing Team Trident’s billing, he can be found listening to music, skating or interested in fashion. Jackson holds a degree in banking and financial institutions from Sam Houston State University.

As operations supervisor, Steele Coleman works to make sure Team Trident is running smoothly. Coleman is in charge of coordinating operations activities, setting priorities and managing department workflow. He is responsible for working to ensure the best representation for Team Trident’s clients as well as keeping senior management up-to-date with key trends and activities in the market.

A US Air Force Veteran and avid supporter of Texas A&M football, Coleman can often be found cheering on the Aggies, exercising or reading with his fiancé and dog. He is a graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in sport and fitness administration/management and a master’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science.

Senia Harrick has been a valuable member of Team Trident since 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as Sr. Operations Coordinator. Based in Houston, Senia is committed to maintaining client satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling offshore personnel needs. She plays a pivotal role in supporting our Trinidadian, Guyanese and Brazilian teams, with a particular focus on the burgeoning demands in the Guyanese region.

Senia's responsibilities include managing and creating rotations based on client needs and overseeing the offshore staffing process from start to finish. This includes anticipating requirements, fulfilling personnel needs, handling logistics, ensuring assignments' successful completion, and confirming safe returns home.

Senia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid traveler, scuba diver and reader, always eager to explore new foods and cultures.

As Operations Coordinator, Adam is responsible for coordinating and devloping bonds with clients and offshore personnel to assist any offshore requirements in a timely maner, including travel arrangements, client satisfaction and offshore personnel development.

Adam enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children, fishing, and completing home improvement projects.

As our senior recruiter, Johnna Sayer is always hunting for skilled personnel. Sayer is a key player in identifying and interviewing talent for Team Trident’s numerous roles available. She works tirelessly from start to finish on the talent acquisition portion for both the candidate and client to find the right fit for both sides.

She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in human resources development. When she is not on the quest for the best in offshore personnel, Sayer loves to work out, watch live music, cook and take her golden retriever for walks.

Reid Aldridge is a recruiter for Team Trident. Aldridge is responsible for sourcing and interviewing new candidates for Team Trident’s roles. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in corporate communications.

Aldridge resides in Houston with his wife and dog. When he is not busy pairing qualified candidates to their dream careers, he enjoys going to sporting events and concerts as well as trying new restaurants.

As training & operations manager, Crystal O’Neill oversees the training management of all Team Trident’s employees. Crystal onboards all new personnel and organizes new hire training as well as training renewals, seaman’s books and certifications.

Crystal carries over 11 years of experience in the training and personnel industry. She also manages her own consulting company, Infinite Training. When she is not busy training personnel, Crystal can be found spending time and traveling with her family and two daughters. She also loves trying new restaurants and is not afraid of new adventures.

Jill Miller is Team Trident’s operations support supervisor. In this position, she acts as a liaison between our clients’ needs and our offshore team’s availability. Jill also supports projects and oversees logistics worldwide while managing the offshore operations team.

Jill has been a member of Team Trident since 2012. When she isn’t working, she loves being a mom and spending time with her family.
