Crystal O’Neill
Training & Operations Manager
As training & operations manager, Crystal O’Neill oversees the training management of all Team Trident’s employees. Crystal onboards all new personnel and organizes new hire training as well as training renewals, seaman’s books and certifications.
Crystal carries over 11 years of experience in the training and personnel industry. She also manages her own consulting company, Infinite Training. When she is not busy training personnel, Crystal can be found spending time and traveling with her family and two daughters. She also loves trying new restaurants and is not afraid of new adventures.
